1. Introduction

Welcome to PokerSolo ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our web application and mobile app.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Password-based accounts require a username and password; we store a salted password hash, not the plaintext password. Google sign-in accounts also store the verified email address and Google account identifier needed to link your account. Your Google password is not shared with PokerSolo.
• Gameplay Data: We collect information about your game scores, balances, history, and leaderboard rankings.
• Internal gameplay analytics: Our operator dashboard uses account IDs, usernames and gameplay records to review activity, retention and virtual coin balances. This is identifiable account information, separate from Vercel's visitor analytics. The dashboard reads the database directly and does not save a CSV cache.
• Demo and security data: We store IP addresses and timestamps for completed demo games to apply a rolling seven-day demo limit. Our hosting and game services also process request information for operation, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
• Usage and performance data: Vercel Web Analytics processes page views and visit information such as browser, device and approximate country. Vercel Speed Insights measures page performance. These services are designed to avoid identifying an individual visitor; see their privacy documentation below.
• Free coin claims: We record successful timed coin claims, claim timestamps, daily counts and balance changes. These claims currently show no advertisement and are not recorded as real ad impressions.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the PokerSolo game.
• To manage your account and maintain the global leaderboard.
• To provide optional coin claims and, if enabled in the future, advertising subject to the applicable consent choices.
• To analyze usage patterns and optimize app performance.

4. Third-Party Services

Service providers process information to operate PokerSolo. We do not sell your account details or send your password, email address or username to Google as advertising targeting data.

• Google sign-in: Google processes your sign-in interaction and provides a verified identity credential when you choose this login method. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel and database hosting: Our hosting and storage providers process requests and store account and gameplay records needed to run the service.
• Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights: Used for traffic analysis and performance measurements. See the Web Analytics privacy documentation and Speed Insights privacy documentation.
• Advertising, when enabled: Third-party vendors, including Google and its advertising partners, may place and read cookies, use web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers, and serve ads based on prior visits to PokerSolo or other websites. See how Google uses information from partner sites and apps. You can manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center or participating vendors' choices at YourAdChoices. Advertising code is currently disabled; the site verification tag does not display ads.

Cookies, device storage and consent

Authentication uses session and refresh cookies where supported. Your browser also stores an authentication token, cached account statistics, game recovery information and demo completion counts in local storage. Session storage supports background loading of daily results. These features support login, recovery and gameplay; clearing storage may sign you out or remove local progress.

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights do not use advertising cookies. Google sign-in may use its own storage and browser mechanisms. Before advertising is enabled, consent messaging will be configured for applicable regions, including the EEA, UK and Switzerland. Available privacy choices will allow users to decline or change advertising consent. A free timed coin claim does not require advertising consent.

Public information and retention

Your chosen username, leaderboard scores, rankings and relevant game statistics may be visible to other players. Multiplayer participants can see room results. Use a username you are comfortable making public; your password and Google email address are not part of the leaderboard.

Account and gameplay records are kept to provide your ongoing account, history and rankings. Demo limits use the preceding seven days of IP records; older demo records are pruned when demo games finish. This cleanup is activity-dependent and is not a guarantee that every record is erased exactly seven days after collection. Hosting, service-provider logs and backups have their own retention periods. Contact us for questions about stored information, corrections or privacy choices.

Removing a dashboard cache does not delete the underlying database records or provider backups. Previously saved analytics reports, if any, require separate handling by the operator when processing a privacy or deletion request.

5. Account Deletion

Visit the Account Deletion page to permanently delete your account when automatic deletion is available. You must verify your password or linked Google account and explicitly confirm. There is no recovery window. Your account, credentials, coins, progress, and personal games are removed from the live system. Other players retain anonymous shared results under ?Deleted player.? Active shared matches are cancelled and opponents? charged wagers are refunded.

Backups expire under the database provider?s retention policy. A restricted ledger containing only internal account IDs and deletion dates is retained for the verified backup and export horizon so restored data can be deleted again before the service is reopened. This ledger is not used to block a fresh signup. If you cannot sign in or automatic deletion is unavailable, contact pokersolo.app@gmail.com.
